Joan H. Carroll

Joan Helene Carroll, age 84, passed away June 20, 2024, at her home. She was born September 25, 1939, in Alameda, CA to George and Annie Rachel (Rolleri) Termer. 

Joan enjoyed reading and cooking. She started the Mineral County Tea Party and was on the board of the Republican Party for 20 years. 

Joan was preceded in death by Dale Covey Jr. and daughter Bev Covey.

She is survived by her husband Robert Carroll, Rocky Sr., Rocky Jr. (Brittany), Robert Jr. (Robin), Eddy Carroll (Stacie), grandchildren Angela, Adam, Robert VI, Tamiko, several great-grandchildren, sisters Margaret, Ilene, Georgia, and Janet, and brother David.

Burial will take place at St. Regis Cemetery with brother David Termer officiating. The reception will be at the Carroll residence.
