Layne Hoeldt, 59, was suddenly taken from us April 6, 2020.
Layne was born July 7, 1960, in Kalispell.
Layne was best known for his honesty, integrity, quick wit and humor. He was a tremendous tease. He had an absolute love and loyalty to his family and friends. It is for these qualities and many more that he had deep and life-long friendships. Layne enjoyed everything outdoors, fishing, hunting and camping.
Although we have a space in our lives that can never be filled, we are consoled with the hope that he is reunited with those he loved and missed so dearly, that preceded him in death, his beloved family, father Kenneth Hoeldt; his one brother Russell Hoeldt; his sisters, Liz Hoeldt, Jeweldeen Studeny, Laurel Hoeldt, Kelly Bigoness; and his nephew Kyle Joe Hickok, who was “taken too soon.”
Layne is survived by his sons Caleb and Kenny Hoeldt; grandsons, Carter and Bentley Hoeldt; granddaughters America and Jasmine; his mother Marlys Hoeldt; sister Diane Nelson; Lisa Stubblefield and her husband Billy; many loved nieces and nephews; and of course “his Becky” who was always there for him.
Layne is loved and will be dearly missed and never forgotten by those who knew and loved him. Goodbye dearly loved son, brother, father, uncle and grandfather, we all love you.
